Search every lockfile and manifest (package-lock.json, yarn.lock, pnpm-lock.yaml, requirements*.txt, poetry.lock, uv.lock, composer.lock, go.sum, Cargo.lock, Gemfile.lock) for `gitea.com/gitea/runner`.
